Terms & Conditions of Service
Legal terms governing the use of our non-custodial payment automation platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering a Merchant account or using the PayAutoBD payment automation software, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Non-Custodial Software Service (Zero Liability on Funds)
PayAutoBD is a technical automation bridge, not a bank, MFS provider, or financial custodian. Customers send money directly to the Merchant's own wallet or bank account. Therefore, PayAutoBD bears zero financial or legal liability for any product delivery delays, disputes, or fund reversals between a Merchant and their Customer.
3. Strict Anti-Scam & Prohibited Business Policy
Merchants are strictly prohibited from using PayAutoBD for:
- Online gambling, betting, casino, forex, or lottery websites.
- Fraudulent schemes, phishing, Ponzi schemes, or illegal goods.
- Any activity prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination without prior notice.
4. Prepaid Wallet & Per-Transaction Billing
Merchants must maintain sufficient prepaid credit or an active subscription plan. If a Merchant's prepaid wallet balance falls below the per-transaction fee and no active plan is present, their checkout pages and payment links will be automatically paused.
